Community Member Recruitment: Strategically recruit diverse community members who are closely connected to the issues at hand.
 

Training and Certification: Provide rigorous training to community members, equipping them with research skills and certifying them as community-based researchers.

Partnership Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment and training of essential partners, including local organizations, academic institutions, and policy-makers.
 

Month/Block 2: Applying

Training Delivery: Conduct in-depth training sessions for your organization's representatives and community members, ensuring they are well-prepared to undertake the research.

Research Coordination: Oversee the research process, guiding community members in data collection using innovative methodologies such as Participatory Ethnographic Inquiry (PEI), walking ethnographies, and visual research tools.

Data Collection: Implement structured and thorough data collection processes, capturing rich, qualitative data that reflects the lived experiences of community members.

Month/Block 3: Synthesizing

Data Analysis: Facilitate collaborative data analysis sessions, integrating the unique perspectives of community members to enrich the interpretation of findings.

Synthesis and Reporting: Synthesize the collected data into actionable insights, producing comprehensive reports and recommendations.

Intervention and Policy Design: Translate the research findings into practical interventions and policy designs, tailored to address the identified issues.

Policy Implementation: Support the implementation of the designed policies, ensuring they are effectively integrated into your organization's strategies and operations.

This training is Policy Officers, as they will collaborate directly with the communities they serve.
