Giving back to Local Communities: Luton Borough Council
Date: March 2024
Amount: £250

It has been a pleasure for Impera and Social Progress Imperative to collaborate with Luton Borough Council over the past year. Together, we have worked diligently to develop the Luton Social Progress Index, a novel tool designed to aid the council and local community in comprehending the wellbeing of residents and assessing progress towards the Luton2040 ambition.

Representing the collaborative effort, we are delighted to announce a donation of £250 to Mind BLMK (Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes). Mind is renowned for its commendable efforts in supporting young individuals facing mental health challenges. This contribution is intended to facilitate three sessions with a mental health youth worker, thereby extending support to those in need within the community.

We are proud to have collaborated with Hampshire County Council to develop an innovative, data-driven demand modelling tool for Extra Care Housing across all districts and boroughs within Hampshire. As part of our commitment to supporting local initiatives, we are also delighted to give back to Age Concern Hampshire, an organization that plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of the county’s older population. Through this partnership, we are working to make a lasting impact on both housing and support services for the elderly across Hampshire.
